High-end A/V components are notoriously bent towards one design ethic: Sleek, monochrome and modern. While that works for some homes, for others it’s a major stumbling block to even considering a home theater. We offer something more.

Many technology designers, even great ones, make the fatal mistake of seeking the needs of the technology before the needs of the client. But we think that’s taking the easy way out. You can run the numbers and create a sonically perfect room, but it’ll look like a radio booth and no one will want to sit in it.

For Audio One, technology design is as much as an art as a science. We start by considering the clients needs—especially their style and tastes—and then decide how the technology will best serve the client.
